About this Recipe
If you like spicy Cajun food, you will love this spicy Jamaican jerk shrimp served with jasmine rice.

- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 2 tsp Walkerswood Jerk seasoning hot and spicy
- 2 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 stick no-salt butter
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Turn stove on to a low to medium temperature. Add butter to pan (link is to wok I used) to melt.
Step 2
Add the two cloves of chopped garlic to the butter as it is melting.
Step 3
Start to add shrimp to pan. Laying them flat. I used shelled, devine shrimp. You can also cook with the shell already removed.
Step 4
Flip shrimp over. Add in a one teaspoon of the jerk seasoning. Stir to get seasoning mixed well with the shrimp. Add the second teaspoon of jerk seasoning and stir again.
Shrimp does take long to cook. You’ll see them turning pink as they cook.
Step 5
Continuing stiring for seasoning and shrimp to be coated well with the seasoning. Cook another 1 to ensure shrimp is nice and tender.
Step 6
Remove from pan and serve over rice (or pasta).
